Embracing my Christian faith, I wholeheartedly blend evidence-based research and biblical wisdom to ignite inspiration, motivation, and transformative empowerment. Holding credentials as a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist, complemented by degrees in Early Education and Dietetics, my journey has taken me across borders, allowing me to teach internationally and serve as a keynote speaker and conferences, seminars, and retreats worldwide.

Having worn the hats of an international missionary, pastor’s wife, and church leader, I intimately understand the pressures tied to self-induced perfectionism. I proudly embrace the title of a “recovering perfectionist,” acknowledging that God, in His continuous work, is not only shaping my journey but also crafting a joy-filled life for me and you.

Let’s embark on this journey together-breaking free from fear, embracing grace, and cultivating a healthier, more joyful life. God’s work in me isn’t complete, and I believe it’s just the beginning of the transformation He has in store for you too!

Yes, that's really me skydiving 🪂

After passing my RD exam, I knew I could do anything, so I decided to add 'jumping out of a plane' to the list.

I love everything vintage 👒

I love Tiki music, esp. Lex Baxter and dressing in 40s and 50s ladies vintage fashion, esp. vintage dresses, and big, amazing, fashionable hats! I believe in embracing the power of femininity.

I'm a real dog lover 🐾

My absolute favorite breed is the dachshund! I love their tenacious personalities and those soulful eyes! However, I have never met a dog I don’t like-they are all amazing. Can’t find me in a crowd? Just look for the dogs and there you will find me.

I dream of tropical vacations 🏝

One day I want to go to Fiji and stay in a little hut directly on the water. No phone, no internet, no television, just a great view, an amazing historical novel, and my favorite man – my hubby!

Patchwork of my heart 🪡

I love quilting, it is my creative outlet. I delight in taking scraps of colored fabric and arranging them into a beautiful pattern. I get a deep sense of joy when I gift someone a quilt to enjoy, it warms my heart and hopefully theirs too.
